Let's all speak aswaaq!

Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 thin slices, tomato
  • 2 thin slices, cucumber
  • 2 slice cheese
  • 30gms Mayonnaise(American Garden)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Spread slice bread with mayonnaise.
  • Place a sliced cucumber, and top with a slice of cheese & again top with tomato slice.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and place a slice of lettuce on top
  • Top with the remaining slice of bread.
  • Cut into triangles.

Other Requirement:

  • Wear gloves always while handling food
  • Clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces before starting preparation
  • Keep the ingredients chilled and reduce the time outside the chiller
